Add Metenox Moon Drill requirements to SDE

Description

The metenox moon drill requires colony resources (magmatic gas) to operate. The consumption of these resources is shown ingame in the "show-info" window, but is not available in the SDE or ESI.

A structure equivalent to sovereigntyUpgrades.jsonl would probably work best?

Use Case

Upgrade/structure planning tools; Calculating expected resource usage and refueling logistics.

have you tried looking into sovereigntyUpgrades.jsonl ? I think that's what you're looking for:

The Metenox reagent information is currently not available in the SDE (as you already noticed). It is part of a different subsystem. I will start the internal conversation whether we can add this to the SDE, but it might take a while. The information is a bit tricky to get out in a way that would be useful for third party developers.
