Finding Cropped Version of images

I have a large number of cropped versions of various images.

Is it possible to expand the 'Width of ignored Frame' to something like 50% so that I can find cropped images in a larger image?

It seems like the framesize is restricted to
0 %
6 %
12 %
which is quite a lot.
If pictures are further cropped - only a human can see that it is the same.
The automatic functionality can't go further I guess.
