I might be missing something but I cannot find the Scala3 artifact for 4.2.7 in maven:

https://search.maven.org/search?q=a:metrics4-scala_*

Seems like only the 2.13, 2.12 and 2.11 were published

You are right! Its an error in build.sbt. Fixing it...
