EOM dates in `sui` do not represent the current month

on a week that lands on the end of the month, the new month is apparently taken as the month for these last few days, which ends up in an increment to the following month. Like, right now, sui shows this last sunday was November 29th, and today is December 2nd.

This bug is present in saturn as well.

Since I can't test this right now, I'm going to leave it open and remove it from the milestone. I think #73 might have fixed this, as this may be related to the original start time issue. I'm not entirely sure. I will cut 0.4.5 just for this bug if it's still not fixed.

This is not occurring in mainline, which makes me think a development version of this lead me astray.

This is still present, and apparently it happens when the month changes, on the day, before the week ends. So I need to fix it in the next two days. Wonderful.

Also, just a note that saturn does not exhibit this behavior, notifications work properly, etc.
