This folder contains the working documents for the next phase of MicoPay.

Current Wave focus

The team's priority for Drips Wave 4 is Core Retail Flow — making one complete cash-in / cash-out flow trustworthy end to end, not broadening into new integrations. Every other milestone exists to reinforce that flow.

Reading order

If the team needs one place to start, read these in order:

1. PRODUCT_SCOPE.md
2. RETAIL_ROADMAP.md
3. UX_MANIFESTO.md
4. DRIPS_TEAM_GUIDE.md
5. STORE_COMPLIANCE.md

Document purpose:

• PRODUCT_SCOPE.md: defines what MicoPay is building now, what is out of scope, and what success looks like.
• RETAIL_ROADMAP.md: turns the product direction into a phased execution plan.
• UX_MANIFESTO.md: gives product, design, and engineering a shared UX and psychology framework.
• DRIPS_TEAM_GUIDE.md: explains how the team should prepare the repo, create issues, review PRs, and operate during a Drips Wave.
• STORE_COMPLIANCE.md: tracks Apple and Google store requirements for crypto-adjacent financial apps.

Why these docs exist:

• Vision documents explain why MicoPay matters.
• These docs explain what to build next, how to work together, and how to win in Drips without losing focus.
