Translate custom CSR messages

Custom messages refers to:

• Game start up flag messages ([RNG Mod Enabled] etc)
• CSR Break message

This message should print in the game's current language.
Note that key terms like "Cutscene Remover" and "True RNG" should not be translated

Break text:

This is the break screen for CSR speedruns. When the countdown timer runs out you will be loaded into Thunder Plains and the livesplit timer will continue.
You can end your break early by selecting Continue Run.
