For every realization in ERT storage, we have to attach its geo_realization and perturbation info, which should be enough to identify whether it is a perturbation or unperturbed run.

Then, we should add some functionality to LocalEnsemble to be able to fetch a response/parameter, given a geo_realization and optional perturbation.
