Monit is installed twice

Monit is installed as a Debian package in roles/common/tasks/main.yml, but also in its binary form from the repo, to /usr/local/bin/. This is maybe a bit confusing.

The reason for this is that the common role installs all the required init scripts and then the custom binary is installed along with updated configuration files.
