Daily Review Report and Check-out report issues (Biospecimen Dashboard)

In the January release, new locations were added for SFH (Sioux Falls Edith Center, Fargo Amber Valley and Bemidji Clinic). These sites are not appearing in the Daily Review Review Report dropdown. We also removed Sioux Falls Imagenetics from the Collection/Shipping locations lists and this location is still appearing in the Daily Review Review Report dropdown.

SFH team also checked participants in at the new locations and they are not appearing as we would expect in the Check-Out Report.

HFH and BSWH also had new sites added to the Collection and Shipping drop downs in Jan (HFH: In-Home Collections and HFH Jackson; BSWH: North Garland and Waco - MacArthur). The 2 new HFH sites are not appearing in the Daily Review Review Report dropdown. The 2 new BSWH sites are appearing in the Daily Review Report, Participants checked-in at these locations are showing up in the Check-Out Report.

I have become aware that a technical document exits (written by Abhinav) for adding a Research Collection and/or Shipping Location. Please find this document and review to ensure it is still relevant and can be referenced to know what to check when these requests come in. May need to add removing a location to this document.

Update: We received feedback from Marshfield after they completed some extra Stage testing based on my request. Their new locations are working as expected in both the Daily Review and Check-Out Reports.

This is also an update from Sanford:
I checked in a participant to each location available in the dashboard. I listed out the locations that are working and not working in our Check-Out Report and Daily Review Report below:

Working:
• Fargo South University
• Sioux Falls Sanford Center
• Fargo Amber Valley

Not Working:
• Bemidji Clinic
• Bismarck Medical Center
• Sioux Falls Edith Center

I asked Maddi to check Sioux Falls Edith Center in Production, as colleciton visits are already occurring at this site.

@Gbarra9 SFH reported that in Prod, after selecting Edith Center as the Collection Location, when they get to the Shipping screen, the location is showing up as Sioux Falls Sanford Center.
