I had to run the following commands:

sudo apt install make golang gcc g++
sudo pip3 install cmake
mkdir ~/go
export GOPATH=~/go
go get golang.org/x/crypto/ssh

git clone https://github.com/epfl-dcsl/lancet-tool
cd lancet-tool
make coordinator agents manager

I think this should be documented in the README.
