Unable to refresh subscription plans

While I am trying to refresh the plans from Craft Dashboard => Stripe => Settings => Subscription Plans, getting error No plans were found in stripe. Check your Stripe Keys.

Also, I am not able to add subscrition plans for any "Payment Form". It's not showing blocks to me. Please see screenshot below:

If I change "Subscription Type" to "Set single plan" then it's all showing fine. Even subscription plans are showing after pressing refresh button. Please see screenshot -

But here my requirement is to add subscription plans so that customer can choose. I checked log and found this error:

Please help to resolve this issue.
