There is an error with this repository's Renovate configuration that needs to be fixed. As a precaution, Renovate will stop PRs until it is resolved.

Location: config
Error type: Encrypted config unsupported
Message: Mend-hosted Renovate Apps no longer support the use of encrypted secrets in Renovate file config (e.g. renovate.json).
Please migrate all secrets to the Developer Portal using the web UI available at https://developer.mend.io/
