Beginner: AttributError: module 'types' has no attribute 'UnionType' error when launching

I'm quite new to python & uvicorn, learning by some youtube videos. I set up an virtual environment and wanted to start my script with uvicorn but always geht the following error:

What i already tried.

• used the python installer to repair python installation and updated venv
• Created new venv
• searched of course and found a similiar issue with the solution to install a stable python version, which i think i have. (python 3.10.7)

So i'm not quite sure what to do now, can someone please give me a hint? Is there any more data you need?
I'm running on windows 11

after some more trials i uninstalled python and deleted all files, reinstalled python 3.10.7 (32bit) instead of 64 bit. Now everything work fine :)
