sqlalchemy equivalent query

what is the query that is equivalent to this sqlalchemy query?

query = session.query(orders).filter(orders.enabled == True)

this query can be iterated over with celery tasks but haven't found the databases equivalent that works with celery tasks (see #335)

so what query will return results in the same format as above for databases pypi?
