Add image cropping module/functionality to Drupal

New. Adding the ability to crop photos from within Drupal.

Is your feature request related to a problem or a change to existing functionality? Please describe.
Problem. Czars and SMEs can have a hard time getting images with specific subjects (people in particular) to fit into styled components such as info cards and heroes.

Describe the solution you'd like
A cropping tool that not only allows for cropping within Drupal, but possibly offering cropping preset ratios related to the components we currently use.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Cropping outside of Drupal. Users don't often have an obvious, robust cropping tool at their disposal.

How will this impact users?
Much less fussing with resizing images for heroes, person images, content cards, etc.

The ManualCrop module was last updated in 2017 and is compatible up to d7, so it would be good to find one a little bit more active.

are there specific aspect ratios they are looking for? drupal has some built-in image styles and cropping options so we may be able to work with what we've already got if we know what is needed.
We'd recommend changing existing styles to what people need rather than adding more styles, for consistency's sake.

so good news is we already habe focal point installed but the bad news is it isn't being used. Each component would need to be updated in order for this work. The annoying part is I think you might need to delete and reupload the image or a new image for it to take effect since the image wont have a focal point by default.

I do think I need to try and tweak this a bit further though, it could use some additional work.

@cwbragg How does this sound? Are there any components you want this for more than others?

@maxdmayhew I think this would be useful! Let me think through this a bit and then talk with the czars next week. They have been a little frustrated with the random suggested image sizes in Site Studio - content cards for example have weird ratios.
