Fedora 6.5.1 configuration to enable OCFL path display #771

I submitted a feature request to the Fedora team which was implemented in 6.5.1.

To enable this functionality, we need to do the following: (see Slack discussion)

it outputs as a header. You add the property fcrepo.ocfl.show_path=true to your property file or as a JVM argument and you will see the relative path to the resource returned in the Fedora-Ocfl-Path header
