QC for size_frac columns

In the Wa and So logsheets the columns size_frac_low and size_frac_up should be checked for the following:

• Is there a > or < in the cell: if yes, then that is an error to report
• is the size_frac_low less than the size_frac_up?

yes indeed, but in this specific case it is an error and needs to be flagged as such by the QC and then #3 actions can kick in (so that even tho it is an error, it does not block the following actions)
