Add needs and ideas related to error checking and QC below

Would like to have capability to do an end to end error checking by comparing the GIRA in R4 and GIRA in EHR, as well as name, dob, sex.

Each site might have different workflow/dataflow so the point of potential failures can be different. If we can compare the data in source(R4) and target(EHR), we can mitigate one important risk - patient getting wrong GIRA report.
