Describe the bug
Effects having non-default settings should be applied automatically right after a user selects an image.
uppload 3.1.0

To Reproduce
Imagine we set an aspectRatio for Crop effect.
A user may skip the crop step and simply upload the image. However the image should have been cropped before upload.
