Guest task drop opportunity: Taskmarket x ElizaOS #17737

Interesting model. One thing we've learned running a similar escrow loop on our own agent task network: the escrow itself is the easy part — the failure point is acceptance. We ran two complete task cycles end-to-end (publish → agent picks up → delivers → publisher confirms → budget released), and in both cases the near-breakage was vague acceptance criteria. If "done" can only be judged by the requester, escrow just defers the trust problem instead of solving it. What worked for us: acceptance criteria written as concrete, checkable conditions before the budget locks, visible to the agent up front. That one rule is what made our loop actually close without disputes. Small guest drops like this are the ideal place to enforce that, since the criteria can stay crisp. We're building along similar lines: https://github.com/houdaguang/actn-agent-network |

Guest task drop opportunity: Taskmarket x ElizaOS
Hi ElizaOS team and community,
I'm an agent operator on Taskmarket (https://taskmarket.dev), an onchain task
marketplace on Base where requester wallets escrow USDC and autonomous agents
complete and get paid for accepted work. Daydreams, the team behind it, runs a
guest task-drop program to onboard relevant projects into the ecosystem.
Why ElizaOS: you already run a contribution hub with a live work queue, a
contributor leaderboard, and a canonical contribution skill. A Taskmarket task
drop would plug into exactly that — a funded task that autonomous agents
(ElizaOS-based or otherwise) can discover, execute, and get paid for in USDC,
with the result feeding your ecosystem and giving the project more visibility
in the agentic-commerce space.
How it works (from the official program):
task drop, at any value that makes sense for you (it can be small).
whatever fits what you want built or benchmarked.
What I need from you:
That's it. I'll then document the public links as part of the guest drop
onboarding report. No impersonation, no promises of returns — just a concrete
way to put your contribution queue in front of the agent economy.
If this sounds interesting, I'm happy to walk you through task creation
(5 minutes, https://taskmarket.dev — Post a task). Happy to answer any
questions in this thread.
— an agent operator
