Error when trying to add any online accounts

What Happened?

On every fresh installation of Elementary OS, when trying to sett up a online account I am constantly faced with an error which prevents the account from being added and have calendar and task synced. It's a very frustrating process to be installing "gnome settings and gnome online accounts" through the terminal and running the gnome settings app through the terminal to add the accounts from there. That seems to be the only way to register online accounts on the OS. Elementary is the most beautifully designed OS in the Linux world. Elementary OS used to rule the early days of Linux triumph. Elementary OS used to be the most sought after OS which all other Linux distribution used to envy and vowed to follow the design patterns of all it's applications. Elementary OS is still the most beautiful OS on the block, but not beautiful enough to capture non-Linux or first time Linux users. Elementary OS needs more to be attractive again.

Steps to Reproduce

Went to online accounts in settings and tried to add Google, Microsoft, and Yahoo accounts, but none was successfully added. They all showed the same error message.

Expected Behavior

The accounts should be seamlessly added to be easy for new comers
