IMAP: warn about app passwords

Problem

iCloud and GMail both require app passwords for IMAP accounts. It can be confusing for users who think they can use their regular account password to log in

Proposal

We should do client-side validation (both use predictable password formats) and link to help articles for creating app passwords for these commonly used services
