Problem

The IBus is too old for Asia people, and it has problems like #420 , even the fcitx5 has a better support for current usage, but the fcitx can't work when you just installing it via apt

Proposal

Add support for Fcitx/Fcitx5

Prior Art (Optional)

Integrated into the switchboard is prefered, standalone mode also works
