Problem

Send Feedback showing only localy installed apps

Screenshot from 2022-05-07 17-14-12
The apps I have installed as flatpaks from the appcenter remote

As seen in the images, only the apps that are installed localy, and not installed as flatpaks are shown.

Proposal

As I see GNOME Software 41> can show the "Report an issue" website and I was wondering if we could add not only the default elementary apps to send feedback, but also any other flatpak app that had that "Report an issue" website put in the metadata.

This is now fixed for elementary apps installed as Flatpak. Leaving it open since we don't currently show non-default apps
