As part of our improving how we handle support, we want to be more active about guiding users to GitHub Discussions. One area we could do this is in the Feedback app itself if we are able to have the user make a distinction between:
Asking a question/getting support (Discussion)
Reporting an issue or suggesting a feature (issue)

Something else I just realized; the issue templates do currently have a link to /support; I wonder if we can be smarter about linking to the repo's own Discussion page instead? Then it would all be handled GitHub-side.
