Debian packaging files exist two places at the moment: main and deb-packaging branches.
Looking at the source recipes on Launchpad, all recipes seems to be built using the one in the main branch:
(FYI: The recipe should use nest-part if it's built using the deb-packaging branch, e.g. https://code.launchpad.net/~elementary-os/+recipe/settings-sharing-stable)

We should unify to either one if there are no reasons.
