What Happened?

Typing into a blank document the word at position 0 did not appear in the list of completions when later in the document its prefix was typed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a new document with Word Completion plugin active
2. Start typing from the beginning of line 0.
3. On a subsequent line start to type the first word again
4. No completion popup appears or a popup appears not including that word
5. Press Control + |
6. The popup appears including that word

Expected Behavior

All words typed should be candidates for completion without having to manually refresh the plugin
