ETN stuck in blockchain bco'z payment i'd is wrong #286
Description
I have transfered ETN balance from Cryptopia Qty. 5120 coin from my crytopia a/c to kucoin a/c. I did not have any experience then I accidentally put the payment id of crypotia where I had to put the payment ID of kucoin, now I have been talking to the customer support of crypotia, kucoin, etn but all put blame on each other And saying that because of the incorrect payment of the payment ID, your etn is stuck in the blockchain which can not come. Now what should I do to get my balance? Can my balance come back?
Will someone help me?
