It would be helpful build not signed AppX for Store submission/

Currently CI like appveyor is hang out on: When asked to enter a password, please select "None". trying to import certificate.

You're not required to sign the .appx in order for it to be accepted in the Microsoft Store. I would know, I've uploaded an unsigned file before and they accepted it.
