Missing Sept/Oct stats on my Ipower acct rept #267
Comments
This is a problem at your web hosting company, so you should contact tech support there. Please close this issue, since there is no problem with the AWStats software. |
OK, so they told me it was your problem. But I’m the one that stuck. I used to be really good, and my stats used to come in like clockwork. I guess you don’t wanna investigate any further?George Jay ***@***.*** Nov 2, 2024, at 9:38 AM, Chuck Houpt ***@***.***> wrote:

Happy to help if I can. Could you post what IPower support said the problem was? Also, the IPower help page mentions clearing your browser cache to get the latest stats. You might double-check if that helps: https://www.ipower.com/help/article/using-visitor-statistics-to-monitor-your-site#:~:text=I%20have,reports |
I cleared the cash and my stats still don’t come in for September and October. Ipower told me it was a bug on your end. George Jay ***@***.*** Nov 2, 2024, at 11:15 AM, Chuck Houpt ***@***.***> wrote:
