When approving an applicant on a task, the wheel keeps on spinning #496
Description
The wheel keeps on spinning right after clicking on "Approve" and the only way to get out of this state is to refresh the page. Waited around 1 minute and it was still spinning. I have seen this in multiple cases. Not sure if it's triggered by something or if it always happens.
