[Feature requested] Give admins permission to view "Archived/Deleted" tasks

At the moment, whenever an admin accidentally archives the task, it's not searchable if not going through the direct URL. There may be some cases it is appropriate to surf through archived tasks or maybe change the status when accidentally marked as complete. As such, this feature would come in handy.
