[Feature requested] Make it possible for admins to accept multiple people to the same task

For some tasks, it makes sense to select multiple people to do the task. Eg. Creating a task like "Find top contributions for the week". With the current workflow, only one person can be approved for the task. However, for some tasks, there may be multiple applicants and can be selected which is perfectly reasonable.
