I recently experimented some glitches / malfunctioning with the Dock preview.
They can be grouped into 2 different cases:
'Big' applications with panels (notable example: Lightroom Classic). DockDoor treats docked panels and other similar UI elements as windows and tries to include them in the preview. Lightroom does not appear in the applications list for some reason, so I can't even exclude it.
Windows with 'overlays' or 'layers', like the purple screen recording pill of macOS Sequoia. They often appear with a title like 'Window' so too generic to be placed inside the blacklisted window titles.
