[FR] Show DockDoor settings in window switcher

Problem or Need

When launching the window switcher, DockDoor settings don't show up (even if the window is active)

Proposed Solution

Show the DockDoor settings window in the window switcher

Potential Impact

Easily access DockDoor settings (while the window is in the background) without having to launch the app from Spotlight again (or the app dock/menu bar)
