eclipse git cloning problem

if I clone the workspace using git in Eclipse (paste url https://github.com/eishub/bw4t in git area of Eclipse; next; select 'develop', next) I am getting

it works fine if I only select the 'develop' branch.

This seems related to the maybe unfortunate choice of reusing the name "bw4t" both for the root and for the subproject that contains the code

bw4t (root)

• bw4t (code)
• doc

Maybe we'd better rename one of these projects? Otherwise it is troublesome to have both the code root and the code root cloned at the same time.
