[BUG] Task plan Editing doesn't work on multi turn task > 1

Problem description

2 main issues overlooked:

a. Task plan Editing doesn't work on multi turn task > 1 due to the reusable design
b. Error is thrown by the backend for some reason, but the frontend doesn't reflect final state

Issue (b) fixed in #663 . Where

1. the on "end" event from chat_service -> chatStore error is handled
2. on "error" event, chatStore handles proper state
3. after "error", user can continue chat via New Workforce instance /chat

hey @a7m-1st , I tested locally with main branch the task editing feature works for multi turn task >1 from my side. could you double check?

Just checked now you are right @Wendong-Fan , it doesn't happen on separate multi turn, it happens if using the queue

Hi @a7m-1st , after discussed with @Wendong-Fan , I will first remove queue for now since it is not necessary and may cause issue

But other thing crucial is that we need to change the design where while any task is running we should not send a new task and instead display the "stop" button @nitpicker55555. This is what the queue prevents.

Yes, so we plan to do it only in frontend, just prevent input while previous task ongoing
