Add missing measures from the 2.8 branch

There are some measures not mapped:

• etogridtotal : kWh total_increasing
  • Export to Grid Energy - Total
• eloadtotal: kWh total_increasing
  • ???
• etogridtoday kWh total
  • ???
• eloadtoday kWh total
  • Load Consumption Energy - Today ?
• ptogridtotal kWh total_increasing
  • ???
• ptoloadtotal kWh total_increasing
  • ???

I also note, that some of these are commented out.

For example, that is my consumption monitoring, the only way I worked that out was from checking the app, and matching the values up...

For now I have manually added them like the referencing issue!
