Allow the use of prefixes to quickly type in staff chat

I would like to quickly type in Staff Chat without using a command.

Describe the solution you'd like
The solution I propose would be using a configurable prefix to quickly send messages to Staff Chat.

Additional context
An example of the prefix would be using the "#", if a user begins their message with a "#" and the user has the correct permission to speak in Staff Chat, their messages will only be visible in Staff Chat. Otherwise, if the user does not have sufficient permissions to speak in Staff Chat, their message will just be passed into regular chat.

You should be able to use the command /ssc toggle <level> (or /ssc toggle in "simple" mode) to chat in a level normally. Is this not similar to what you're requesting?
