Hey guys,

I am using Freshservice and came across your MCP server. I've been using it and it immediately got me going! Thanks for that 🙏 I wouldn't mind adding some features to it - are you guys up for contributions?

I noticed a whole bunch of get / list / filter functions do not use pagination and thus my results are truncated. That's something I could contribute back to you.

In addition, how would you feel about splitting up the server.py with its >3200 lines? I could try and split it into a structure where you have a tickets.py, requestors.py, solutions.py, etc.

I'm interested too to collaborate and agree with the need to split the monolithic server.py file into modules. I proposed a pull request (#25) with this refactor and in addition new feature for asset management.

Right, I see your PR. @ecthelion77 👍 I had something similar in mind. I didn't know about this copilot limitation re: MCP server tools - this makes a lot of sense
