In case of incremental snapshot using io,
if i put @ in the second parameter, show the bug:

So I had found this same issue and it boils down to how bbcp parses the arguments. It passes through looking for an @ symbol and assumes everything before it is the username. Then it looks for a : to find the hostname. What I found to work is if you using /sbin/zfs send... instead of just zfs. I look through the source and when it parses, it if come across a /, it stops parsing and just uses the rest of the string the file/command. I'm not quite sure why the behavior is set this way, but I believe this should work for you.
