Discovery on edxapp docs and education requirements

• Catalog all Confluence wiki docs related to edxapp that will need to be updated.
• Potentially update docs as needed, maybe with a note/link to a plan.
• Determine and document an education plan for sharing future changes.
  • Possibly may include stakeholders for early review.
• Create a document/plan for follow-up on this ticket. It may end up being a single follow-up ticket, or maybe we'll want to slowly create multiple tickets at a future time.
• If good images are found:
  • We should update them.
  • We may want to bubble them up to the Approach Doc as well.
