      1. Lots of quality improvement in iceoryx_hoofs (Axivion Static code analysis with AUTOSAR ruleset, cleaned up repository, etc.)
      2. Logger and error handler refactoring
      3. Bazel build support
      4. Besides that no major other new features
5. Matthias pointed out that we could get resource issues when lots of process die and the the resources in shared memory are not cleaned up, but leak. Monitoring thread in RouDi could check for the FileLocks created by the PoshRuntime.
