Invalid Apache license

Hi,

Your license appears to be invalid? We're having an issue trying to import this plugin dependency because it can't find a valid license.

I think the issue might be this file? https://github.com/ec4j/editorconfig-gradle-plugin/blob/master/license-header-template.txt

This project which doesn't have that file recognises the license fine: https://github.com/ec4j/editorconfig-maven-plugin

Would appreciate some help 😄
