From SB: We've been using the "Reviewed" workstate for authors to review their marked up essay. I move it to reviewed and send them the url for final review. I noticed that the last essay I moved into reviewed still had the editorial comments visible for the author (i.e. for someone following the link and not logged into ebr). That shouldn't be the case: those comments should be hidden. I deleted the comments from that most recent essay, but we'd like it so comments are only ever visible to someone logged in with editorial privileges.
