Add a book list section (Library) which shows the glimpse of the whole book database.

Note: Library is the search/book page.

Criteria:

• Add a book list page (Library) which shows the 8 top picks.
• top picks is based on most recent (weekly), plus ratings. [this can be change in the future so make sure that the code is easy to adjust]
