(Dashboard) Search and filters

Description:

Add a search and filter(by category) functionality in the dashboard page.

Criteria:

• Add a search input (look at the mockup) which let users to search for book titles, author, tags
• Add a filter (by category) functionality. The mockup is pretty explanatory. Result should show on the book feed list section.
