Unresolved dependency when using addSbtPlugin

Is there a particular repo I need to add to get this working? I can only use this plugin when adding it via the github method. The following yields an "unresolved dependency" error.

addSbtPlugin("net.eamelink.sbt" % "sbt-purescript" % "0.4.0"
