Independent dose calculation with HFP plan

Hello, really apprecaite you guys developed this script and share for open access!

With the help of dev branch( ID: 54c40ca), I successfully import HFP treatment plan, including ct, pln, cst, stf, into matRad. After recalculating with matRad and displayed with matRadGUI, I noticed that CT image were upside-down, while 0 degree beam line remain 0 degree. In other word, the beam line which should inject from patient's back instead entering from belly.

Original plan(although ct image are upside down, at least beam line inject from patient's back correctly)

Recalculate plan with matRad (beam line incorrectly inject from patient's belly)

I guess I should modify the imported .mat file manually, including

1. flip ct.cubeHU 180 degree
2. change ct.dicomInfo.PatientPosition from HFP to HFS
3. change ct.dicomInfo.ImageOrientaionPatient from [-1;0;0;0;-1;0] to [1, 0, 0, 0, 1, 0]

Is that right? or any suggestion for me?

My resolution were flipping ct, rtdose, cst and marking as HFS before import to .mat file. It work well!
