Option to not autocollapse project/task tree #24
Description
When starting a new timer all other open branches of the task tree are collapsed together. This is not nice for the workflow.
If not giving the "responsibility to collapse" completly to to user, we should at least provide an option to prevent TimeCult from auto-collapsing sub-trees
